2018 Chef to Chef Preview

From March 4-6, 350 of the best chefs in the United States will be in Seattle, Washington. Kitchens across our membership will be without their executive chef, sous chef, or pastry chef while they attend the 10th annual Chef to Chef Conference. This is a new venture for VGM Club…well almost. Eight years ago, VGM Club attended this show. Back then, there were only 60 attendees. We are elated to be back as one of only 11 sponsors for this prestigious event.

Over the course of three days, the best of the best in the club chef world expose attendees to skills and expertise tailor-made for the club industry.

Club Cents has had the pleasure of hosting a few of these speakers on the show:

Penelope Wong, Executive Chef, Glenmoor Country Club in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado.
Chef’s Panel: Certification, Saying No to Members, and Other ‘Burning Issues’

Jason Hall, CMC, Executive Chef, Myers Park Country Club in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Training and Motivation: “From Application to Orientation and Beyond Day 1”

Greg Volle, Executive Chef, Country Club of Roswell in Roswell, Goergia.
Beer: Overabundant and Underutilized. Weaponizing the New and Vast Array of Microbrew Flavors with Food
