2018 CMAA Conference and Business Expo Preview

Are you headed to the CMAA Conference and Business Expo this year? VGM Club is! Thanks to members and non-members alike, the positive response VGM Club’s booth received last year blew us away. Our booth was a place to relax, grab something to drink, and hang out in our backyard. This year we wanted to take that idea up a notch, so we are going to park this food truck in our booth and serve food samples from our friends at Sysco, beverages from PepsiCo, and be decked from head to toe in the latest fashion from Chef Works.

Cam Schultz talks with CMAA educational speaker Jen Burgess of Plus One Hospitality about her session titled “Heading the Table – Creating Better Restaurant Managers.” Together the two tease Jen’s session, talk Plus One Hospitality, and management best practices.

CMAA Preview Part 3: Lawrence McFadden

Lawrence McFadden, CMC and General Manager of The Union Club in Cleveland, Ohio hops on the show to bookend our CMAA Preview Series. Together, Cam and Lawrence talk about the CMAA, benefits of the show, and tease his educational session titled “Food and Beverage Trends for Future Success”.
