New Insurance Savings Opportunity for VGM Club Members

VGM Insurance Services, Inc. has announced the acquisition of Affinity Agency Group, LLC. of Morristown, N.J. The acquisition was finalized on June 30 and is a significant value-added solution to VGM Club members.

"VGM Insurance's acquisition of Affinity Agency Group furthers our drive to diversify and expand into additional markets and increase our portfolio of insurance solutions," said Mike Kloos, president of VGM Insurance Services.

Affinity Agency Group, founded in 2006 by David Harnois, is a managing general agency and leader in providing innovative risk management solutions for the club industry. The company and all employees will remain in New Jersey but will now be doing business as Affinity Club Underwriters.

"We are extremely excited to partner with David and complement the growth he has built over the past decade," said Kloos. "Having worked in the club industry for more than 30 years, David brings to VGM Insurance a vast background in the hospitality space."

As a division of VGM Insurance Services, Affinity Club Underwriters will offer additional solutions to VGM Club members looking for specialty insurance coverage.
